Space planning, finishes, joinery and fit-out detail.

Planning comes first: headcount, adjacency and circulation set the layout, and the layout is tested against the services drawings before finishes are discussed.

Detailing is drawn for execution — joinery sections, finish schedules, ceiling and lighting layouts that agree with the architectural and MEP sets. Fit-out is then supervised against those drawings.
