Master Planning
Reading the site before drawing on it: levels, access, setbacks, sun and wind, and the constraints the local development rules impose. The plan that comes out of it is a phasing instrument, not a picture.

Services
Each line can be appointed on its own or as part of a full consultancy scope. Where more than one is appointed, the drawings are coordinated in-house — the structural set, the services set and the statutory set describe the same building.
How a project moves
01
Reading the site before drawing on it: levels, access, setbacks, sun and wind, and the constraints the local development rules impose. The plan that comes out of it is a phasing instrument, not a picture.
Deliverables
02
Concept design carried through to a construction-ready set. Plans, sections and elevations are issued with the specifications and schedules a contractor can price and build from without interpretation.
Deliverables
03
Framing, foundations and detailing sized to the loads and the soil report, and drawn to match the architectural set. Site queries during construction are answered by the engineer who did the design.
Deliverables
04
All four trades designed together, so shafts, ceiling voids and equipment rooms are sized once and hold. Loads, schedules and routing are issued as one coordinated set.
Deliverables
05
Space planning and detailing for fit-out — finishes, joinery and lighting drawn at the scale the contractor works at, with schedules that match the architectural and services sets.
Deliverables
06
The commercial and programme side of the same project: contractors evaluated, bills certified, progress measured against the programme, and quality checked on site rather than reported from a distance.
Deliverables
07
Approvals treated as a work package with its own drawings and its own schedule. Submissions are prepared, filed and followed up until the sanction is in hand.
